Through basketball skills training and life-skills development, we nurture confident, disciplined student-athletes grounded in teamwork, accountability, and integrity. What we teach in the gym is carried into the classroom, the home and the community preparing young leaders to compete with purpose and make a positive impact.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Benjamin Tillman Jr.
Founder, President & CEO
Coach Benjamin Tillman Jr. is a state championship winning high school coach who served as the head coach of Thomasville High School Boys Basketball team in Thomasville, Georgia for 15 seasons. Under his leadership, the team won the 2018 Class AA state championship. Coach Tillman’s team’s dominated the region by winning eight (8) Class AA region titles, and playing in the Georgia state tournament every year. Coach Tillman also made history by guiding his 2015-2016 team to a 28-2 win/loss record, which is the best record in the school’s history. During his tenure, Coach Tillman developed a McDonald’s All-American player who went on to be drafted in the NBA. Coach Tillman also produced 21 college athletes and 4 professional basketball players who played in the U.S. and abroad. Remarkably, Coach Tillman achieved an overall win/loss record of 317-100 during his 15-year head coach tenure, and he is proud inductee into Thomasville-Thomas County Sports Hall of Fame.
